Formed in 2006 by Co-Directors Scott White and Darran Cohen, we soon became established and grew to be the number 1 choice of Estate Agent in Bexhill, in 2014 our Block Management division was established & our portfolio soon grew, along with our reputation for being professional, approachable and proactive. In 2018, we acquired ‘Findley and Son’ shortly followed by ‘Fairways Management’, these purchases led to the decision that to enable us to offer our clients the best possible service, we should run Block Management as a completely separate company thus ‘Findley's Of Cooden’ was born.

Findley’s of Cooden employs 7 members of staff, including 2 dedicated Block Managers. We also have a full time Company Secretary should your block wish to undertake this additional option. We have recently installed the most up to date and comprehensive software system to allow us to manage our ever expanding portfolio. Due to the growth of the team we have relocated to our new office in Little Common, where we are ideally placed to manage our blocks across East Sussex.

We now manage over 70 blocks of flats across East Sussex and look after over 1000 leaseholders. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our systems and regularly attend the latest training courses to keep up with the ever changing compliance rules. We can also a discounted buying, selling and renting service through our sister company, The Property Cafe Estate Agents, as well as access to many local trusted tradesman, beit plumbers, roofers, electricians etc. Just call us and we will be glad to help you.

We use Blocksonline Management software, a bespoke and market leading fully integrated package which also links directly into our banking system, which uses virtual accounts to maintain discreet control of all funds for our clients as required by our regulators.

We offer various payment methods including monthly instalments (where permitted by the lease), BACS transfers, and credit/debit card payments either by telephone or using our online client portal, ensuring residents can settle their accounts easily.
